    Vinification & Aging

    Vinification is conducted meticulously to preserve fruit purity and fine tannins. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel or wooden vats, followed by aging in oak barrels, partly new, for about 16 to 18 months, refining the structure and subtly integrating woody aromas.

    Serving

    Serve at 16-17°C. Decanting for one hour is recommended to reveal aromatic complexity if the wine is young.

    This Grand Cru pairs excellently with matured ribeye beef, herb-crusted rack of lamb, 24-month aged Comté cheese, or pan-seared foie gras accompanied by black Perigord truffle.
