Situated in the heart of Montagne de Reims, the vineyard is certified organic with clay-limestone soils that enhance the quality and typicity of the Pinot Meunier grapes.

Wine

This non-vintage Grand Cru Champagne is a Blanc de Noirs made exclusively from Pinot Meunier, characterized by elegance and expressiveness, with very low dosage as an extra brut to preserve freshness.

Vintage

Non-vintage (NV), representing the consistent style and pure expression of the terroir and grape variety each year.

Vinification and Aging

Organic vinification with careful tank fermentation followed by extended lees aging to enhance aromatic complexity and fine bubbles.
