A Rich and Centuries-Old History

Founded in 1838 by William Deutz and Pierre-Hubert Geldermann, Maison Deutz is one of the oldest Champagne houses. Located in Aÿ, at the heart of the Champagne region, it has maintained its independence and expertise through generations.

An Exceptional Terroir

Deutz's vineyards span Grand Cru and Premier Cru-classified plots, notably in Aÿ, Bouzy, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. These privileged terroirs, with their chalky soils, impart exceptional quality to the grapes, essential for crafting excellent champagnes.

Prestigious Cuvées

Among the house's flagship creations, the Brut Classic stands out for its balance and finesse, resulting from a harmonious blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. The Blanc de Blancs Millésimé, crafted exclusively from Chardonnay, captivates with its purity and elegance. Finally, the prestige cuvée Amour de Deutz embodies the pinnacle of refinement, with delicate aromas and a silky texture.

Commitment to Quality

Maison Deutz places paramount importance on the quality of its champagnes. Every production step, from vineyard to cellar, is executed with meticulous attention. Fermentations are conducted in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and the wines benefit from extended aging on lees, ensuring complexity and aromatic depth.

International Recognition

With its rich heritage and dedication to excellence, Champagne Deutz enjoys worldwide acclaim. Present on the finest tables and in the cellars of connoisseurs, the house continues to captivate with the consistency and impeccable quality of its cuvées.
