    Located in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, in the prestigious commune of Gevrey-Chambertin, the vineyard benefits from an exceptional terroir composed of clay-limestone soils favoring optimal ripening of Pinot Noir. The parcels destined for the Chambertin Grand Cru are carefully tended to preserve their unique character.

    The 2021 Chambertin Grand Cru expresses the full potential of the Pinot Noir grape on this exceptional terroir. This prestigious red wine is distinguished by its aromatic richness and elegant structure, reflecting the excellence of the vintage. It received ratings of 93-95 from Robert Parker and 98 from La Revue du Vin de France, underlining its exceptional quality.

    Vinification & Aging

    Traditional fermentation in open vats enables controlled extraction of aromas and tannins. Aging is done in oak barrels, a portion of which are new, bringing finesse and structure while preserving freshness and fruit expression.     • Palate: Rich and structured with fine, silky tannins, a well-balanced acidity, and a long finish marked by spicy and mineral nuances.

    Serving

    Serve at around 16-18°C. Decanting is recommended for young vintages to fully release its aromatic potential.
