Vineyard

The Bonnes-Mares vineyard spans the communes of Chambolle-Musigny and Morey-Saint-Denis. This Grand Cru plot benefits from optimal exposure and an exceptional terroir combining clay-limestone soils with deep limestone subsoil.

Wine

The Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru is a powerful and structured red wine balancing finesse and robustness. Made exclusively from Pinot Noir, it expresses the intense and noble character typical of this prestigious appellation.

Vintage

The 2023 vintage offers fresh fruit complemented by beautiful tension and remarkable balance. Favorable weather conditions ensured optimal ripeness, promising excellent longevity for this cuvée.

Vinification and Aging

The vinification process includes extended maceration to extract the richness of the terroir. Aging takes place in oak barrels with a moderate percentage of new wood to preserve aromatic purity.

Serve at 16-17°C. Decanting for 1 to 2 hours is recommended for young wines from this vintage to fully reveal the aromas.

Matured rib of beef, roasted woodcock with chestnuts, Périgord black truffle, and pan-seared foie gras. It also pairs well with herb-crusted rack of lamb.
