Estate

Jean-Jacques Confuron is a well-regarded estate in Burgundy, recognized for its traditional craftsmanship and respect for terroir. The domaine produces regional wines reflecting the finesse and elegance typical of the region.

Vineyard

The vineyard is located in Burgundy, the emblematic region for Pinot Noir. The vines benefit from a temperate climate and clay-limestone soils, supporting the production of expressive and balanced red wines.

Wine

This regional Burgundy red wine is made exclusively from Pinot Noir. It is characterized by fruity expression and a light to medium structure, consistent with the accessible and elegant style of the Confuron house.

Vintage

The 2023 vintage shows a promising balance between freshness and ripeness, typical of a favorable year for Pinot Noir in Burgundy. It can be enjoyed now while offering some aging potential.

Vinification & Aging

The wine is vinified following traditional Burgundian methods with particular attention to gentle extraction of aromas. Aging is mainly in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit purity.
