    Estate

The Domaine Michel Bouzereau et Fils is a family-run estate renowned for its high-quality white wines from the Côte de Beaune. Tradition and expertise are passed down through generations, allowing a precise expression of the Burgundy terroir.

    Vineyard

Located in Beaune, the heart of the Côte de Beaune, this vineyard benefits from a limestone and clay-limestone soil ideal for the Chardonnay grape. The Premier Cru plots offer a refined and elegant expression, typical of this prestigious appellation.

    Wine

This Beaune 1er Cru white, 100% Chardonnay, is distinguished by its balance and freshness. The wine reveals subtle aromas and a palate structure highlighting the finesse of the grape variety and the richness of the terroir.

    Vintage

The 2021 vintage was characterized by classic climatic conditions, promoting harmonious grape ripeness and lovely freshness, enhancing the aromatic clarity and liveliness typical of this wine.

    Vinification & Aging

Vinification is carefully conducted to preserve the freshness and primary aromas of the Chardonnay. Aging takes place in oak barrels, with a portion being new wood, adding complexity without compromising the purity of the fruit.
