Description of Billecart Salmon Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru

    Estate

The Champagne Billecart Salmon House is a renowned family estate known for its traditional expertise and the finesse of its cuvées. Founded in the 19th century, it balances respect for tradition with innovation.

    Vineyard

This Champagne is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, typical of Blanc de Blancs. The grapes come from carefully selected plots, ensuring freshness and aromatic purity.

    Wine

The Billecart Salmon Non-Vintage Champagne is an elegant and refined expression, offering a delicate aromatic profile with great freshness. Rated 93 by Robert Parker, it is distinguished by its balance and finesse.

    Vintage

This Non-Vintage cuvée is a blend that does not rely on a single vintage but aims to maintain consistent quality and aromatic profile each year.

    Vinification & Aging

Vinification preserves the purity of the fruit with controlled fermentation. Aging in the cellar allows for fine maturation, developing subtle aromas and a characteristic creamy mousse.

    Grape Variety

    100% Chardonnay
