Founded in 1818 in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ by Nicolas François Billecart and his wife Élisabeth Salmon, Champagne Billecart-Salmon has remained independent for over 200 years. Now led by Mathieu Roland-Billecart, the seventh generation, the house continues to uphold its artisanal craftsmanship while embracing modern innovations to enhance its champagnes.
