Description of Egly-Ouriet Brut Les Prémices

    Estate

Domaine Egly-Ouriet is renowned for its expertise in terroir-driven Champagne, located in the heart of Montagne de Reims. This family-run estate produces champagnes that precisely express the uniqueness of their vineyards.

    Vineyard

The vineyard is situated in Montagne de Reims, a privileged area in Champagne known for its clay-limestone soils and a microclimate favorable to the traditional grape varieties.

    Wine

This Non-Vintage Champagne (NV) expresses freshness and complexity through a well-balanced blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. It stands out for its finesse and elegance, typical of the region's wines.

    Vintage

Non-Vintage, a blend of multiple years ensuring consistent quality and the house style of Egly-Ouriet.

    Vinification and Aging

Vinification is carried out with great care to preserve the wine’s freshness and liveliness. Aging takes place in stainless steel tanks to maintain aromatic purity before the traditional secondary fermentation in bottle.

    Blend

    Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay
