Description of Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Nature "Cuvée C.X"

Estate

The Sylvain Bouhélier estate is known for its respectful approach to the Burgundian terroir, combining tradition with modern expertise. The estate pays close attention to every stage of production, delivering wines that truly express their origin.

Vineyard

Located in Burgundy, this vineyard benefits from a temperate climate and calcareous clay soils ideal for Pinot Noir, the region's noble grape variety. Burgundy’s reputation for elegant wines contributes finesse and complexity to this Crémant.

Wine

This Crémant de Bourgogne is made exclusively from Pinot Noir, producing a white sparkling wine that is both delicate and structured, offering a refined alternative to traditional champagnes. The balance of freshness and fruitiness highlights Sylvain Bouhélier’s expertise in crafting fine bubbles.

Vintage

The 2020 vintage, characterized by a cool spring and dry summer, allowed optimal grape ripening. This year’s harvest yielded grapes with great aromatic concentration, favorable to creating a balanced and expressive Crémant.

Vinification & Aging

Traditional method vinification ensures fine effervescence and preservation of the Pinot Noir’s natural aromas. Lees aging enhances the wine’s texture and complexity, adding roundness and finesse on the palate.
