Description of Corton Bressandes

Estate

The Domaine Chandon de Briailles is a renowned property in the Côte de Beaune, covering more than 17 hectares. Known for its expertise and traditional craftsmanship, the estate is located in Aloxe-Corton, the historic heart of Burgundy’s Grand Cru vineyards.

Vineyard

The Corton Grand Cru vineyard benefits from an exceptional terroir with optimal exposure and limestone soils that favor the production of wines of great finesse. Its geographical location ensures a temperate climate ideal for the harmonious ripening of the grapes in the Côte de Beaune.

Wine

This 2023 Corton Grand Cru is made exclusively from Pinot Noir, a noble grape variety known for its complex aromas and elegant structure. This red wine expresses the typicity of the region with a remarkable balance of power and finesse.

Vintage

The 2023 vintage promises excellent conditions, with favorable weather allowing for healthy harvests and optimal grape maturity. Experts anticipate a rich aromatic concentration balanced by freshness for this Grand Cru.

Vinification and Aging

The winemaking process is carefully managed to preserve the terroir and grape expression. Aging in oak barrels adds complexity and finesse while harmoniously integrating the tannins.
