    Characteristics & Tasting

    Tasting

    • Appearance: Pale yellow with golden highlights.
    • Nose: Aromas of white flowers, citrus, and a subtle buttery note typical of Chardonnay.
    • Palate: Fresh attack, lovely acidity, saline finish and elegant structure.

    Serving

Serve chilled at 11-13°C. Decanting briefly can enhance aromatic expression.

    Food Pairings

    Occasions

Ideal for a refined business lunch, wedding anniversary, or relaxed Sunday family meal.

    Aging Potential

Enjoyable now but will develop further complexity over the next 5 to 10 years.
