    Estate

    The David Moret estate, located in Saint-Aubin, has a long-standing winemaking tradition in the Côte de Beaune. Its over 80 hectares enable the production of a diverse range of wines that showcase Burgundy's terroir.

    Situated in the village of Saint-Aubin, this vineyard is ideally suited for Chardonnay, carefully cultivated to preserve the typical characteristics of the Côte de Beaune terroir.

    This white Saint-Aubin expresses the finesse of Burgundy wines through its 100% Chardonnay blend. It embodies elegance and freshness, highlighting the mineral qualities distinctive of its origin.

    Vintage

    The 2024 vintage benefited from favorable weather conditions, allowing balanced grape maturity and promising a harmonious, fresh yet structured wine.

    Vinification and Aging

    The wine is made using traditional methods with controlled fermentation at moderate temperatures. Aging occurs in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and the fruity aromas of Chardonnay.
