A Passionate Journey Since 1992
Founded in 1992 by Rodolphe Demougeot, the eponymous estate is located in Meursault, at the heart of Burgundy's prestigious Côte de Beaune. Inheriting his grandparents' passion for viticulture, Rodolphe began with 3 hectares of vines in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, Pommard, and Beaune. Over the years, he expanded his vineyard to nearly 8 hectares, including plots in Savigny-lès-Beaune, Monthelie, and Meursault, where he settled in 1998.
Sustainable Viticulture Respecting the Terroir
Committed to sustainable agriculture, Rodolphe Demougeot employs environmentally friendly practices inspired by organic techniques. Since the mid-2000s, he has gradually abandoned synthetic treatments, opting for natural methods to preserve biodiversity and soil health. The lunar calendar guides vineyard and cellar work, reflecting a holistic approach to viticulture.
Wines Reflecting Terroir Purity
The estate produces a diverse range of white and red wines, highlighting the distinctiveness of each appellation. The white wines, primarily from Chardonnay, undergo natural fermentation and are aged in French oak barrels, with only 10% new oak, to preserve the pure expression of the fruit. The red wines, crafted from Pinot Noir, ferment without destemming for two to three weeks, with gentle extractions to achieve fine tannins and remarkable elegance.
Signature Appellations of the Estate
Among the flagship cuvées, Meursault "Le Limozin" stands out for its finesse and minerality, perfectly reflecting the Meursault terroir. Pommard "Les Vignots" offers a refined structure with aromas of red fruits and violets, showcasing Rodolphe's expertise in creating elegant and balanced red wines. The Bourgogne Blanc, sourced from vines located below Meursault's parcels, surprises with its quality and authentic expression of Chardonnay.

Wine enthusiasts appreciate the purity, precision, and elegance of the cuvées, resulting from meticulous work in the vineyard and cellar.
