Estate

The Sylvain Pataille estate is renowned for its respectful approach to terroir and meticulous work in producing elegant and characteristic white wines. Sylvain Pataille, a dedicated winemaker, pays close attention throughout the vinification process to express the finesse of the Aligoté grape variety.

Vineyard

The vineyard is located in Côte Chalonnaise, a region with a temperate climate and clay-limestone soils favorable to Aligoté cultivation. This location imparts typical Burgundian freshness and minerality to the wine.

Wine

This Bouzeron 2023 is a dry, precise white wine with beautiful acidity and a fruity, floral aromatic expression. It perfectly reflects the purity of the Aligoté grape with pleasant intensity and freshness.

Vintage

The 2023 vintage was characterized by favorable climatic conditions that allowed optimal ripeness of the grapes, resulting in a well-balanced wine vibrant with freshness.

Vinification & Aging
