Beaune 1er Cru Blanc Clos des Mouches 2022
Puligny-Montrachet Les Reuchaux 2023
A historic house reinvented
Founded in 1824 in Savigny-lès-Beaune, Seguin-Manuel was revived in 2004 by Thibaut Marion, a tenth-generation winemaker. Under his leadership, the domaine has undergone a major qualitative transformation, blending deep respect for tradition with modern techniques. Today, it represents a dynamic and precise face of contemporary Burgundy.
A vineyard rooted in exceptional appellations
The estate owns around ten hectares of vineyards, spread across the Côte de Beaune, Côte de Nuits, and Côte Chalonnaise. It produces wines from prestigious appellations such as Pommard, Beaune, Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, Savigny-lès-Beaune, and Rully. This mosaic of terroirs offers a rich and nuanced expression of Burgundy.
Certified organic viticulture
Since 2015, the entire domaine has been certified organic. Vineyard practices are guided by nature’s rhythms, with deep soil work, compost applications, and close vine observation. This thoughtful approach yields healthy, balanced grapes that are essential to the precision and clarity of the wines.
A pure, elegant style true to each vintage
Vinification is plot-specific, combining technical precision with minimal intervention. Red wines are gently handled to preserve fruit character, while whites are slowly pressed and aged on fine lees. Oak aging is carefully adapted to each terroir, resulting in clean, expressive, and balanced wines that highlight their origin.
A discreet domaine gaining strong recognition
Seguin-Manuel stands out for its consistency, authenticity, and transparent expression of terroir. Each wine tells the story of its origin with clarity. Thibaut Marion’s work is increasingly recognized by professionals and collectors, making this domaine a rising star in the modern Burgundy landscape.
