The Cazé-Thibaut estate, located in Châtillon-sur-Marne, embodies ten generations of winemakers dedicated to viticulture. Founded in 1953 by Roger Cazé, the first in the family to market his own champagne, the estate is now led by Fabien Cazé. Having honed his skills under esteemed houses like Chartogne-Taillet, Fabien continues the family tradition by blending ancestral knowledge with modern techniques to produce authentic and elegant champagnes.

An Exceptional Terroir Serving Authenticity

The Cazé-Thibaut vineyard spans 2.66 hectares across six distinct plots on the right bank of the Marne, primarily around the villages of Châtillon-sur-Marne and Vandières. The soils are meticulously tended, employing methods like scratching and hoeing to preserve soil structure and promote optimal grape maturation.
