Harvesting is done exclusively by hand, with meticulous grape selection both in the vineyard and the winery to ensure only the finest fruit is used.

Precision is paramount in the estate’s cellar. Vinifications are conducted plot by plot, respecting the unique identity of each climat. Fermentations use indigenous yeasts to preserve the wines' pure aromatic profile. Aging takes place in French oak barrels, with a carefully managed proportion of new oak (between 20% and 30% depending on the cuvée), enhancing the wine without overshadowing its character. The ultimate goal is to achieve a perfect balance between power and finesse, structure and elegance.
