Le Pas de l’Escalette is a family-run estate located on the slopes of the Larzac plateau in the Languedoc region. The domaine is committed to organic farming and artisanal winemaking. The vineyards benefit from high-altitude conditions that bring natural freshness to the wines. The soil is a mix of limestone and rocky scree, ensuring deep root penetration. The estate emphasizes traditional southern French grape varieties. It is recognized as a rising star within the Terrasses du Larzac appellation.

Vineyard

The vineyard is located at elevations ranging from 350 to 450 meters, enjoying a cool microclimate despite Mediterranean sunshine. The vines grow on natural terraces that aid good drainage.
