Estate

Domaine Tony Bornard is renowned for its commitment to traditional viticulture and respectful expression of the Jura terroir. This family estate located in the heart of Jura highlights indigenous grape varieties and ancestral aging methods.

Vineyard

The estate’s vineyard stretches over favorable slopes in the Côtes du Jura region. The clay-limestone soils impart a distinct minerality that plays a key role in the typical character of Jura wines.

Wine

This Côtes du Jura white is made entirely from Savagnin and bottled in the traditional 62 cl Clavelin, characteristic of oxidative Jura wines. It fully expresses the unique personality of this emblematic grape variety.

Vintage

The 2013 vintage benefited from good ripeness under moderate climatic conditions, resulting in concentrated aromas while maintaining balanced freshness.

Vinification and Aging
