A Burgundian master brings elegance to liqueurs
Best known for producing some of the world’s finest Meursault, Domaine Roulot also crafts a small range of exquisite fruit liqueurs. Jean-Marc Roulot, a former actor turned winemaker, brings the same level of precision and artisanal integrity to his liqueurs as he does to his legendary white wines. These are rare bottles made with discretion—and great skill.
Carefully selected local fruits
The liqueurs are made from high-quality fruits, sourced mainly from Burgundy or nearby regions: blackcurrants (Noir de Bourgogne), vineyard peaches, pears, apricots… Harvested at peak ripeness, the fruits are gently macerated in neutral alcohol to preserve all their aromatic complexity.
Thoughtful, artisanal production
Each step of the process is designed to respect the purity of the fruit. Macerations are done at low temperature, with no artificial flavoring or coloring. Sweetness is added sparingly to maintain freshness and balance. The result: liqueurs that are bright, precise, and pure in their fruit expression.
Rare bottlings for true connoisseurs
The range includes Crème de Cassis, Crème de Pêche de Vigne, and a few other confidential cuvées. These liqueurs are both powerful and subtle, enjoyable on their own, in a kir, or paired with fine cuisine. Their cult status is due to both their quality and the extreme scarcity of production.
A quiet tribute to Burgundian craftsmanship
Roulot’s liqueurs are a celebration of Burgundy’s artisanal spirit—precise, honest, and elegant. They showcase fruit in its most refined form, with clarity and depth. A rare expression of a winemaker’s touch beyond the vineyard, perfect for those who seek authentic pleasure in every drop.
