Located in Volnay, Burgundy, Domaine Nicolas Rossignol is the culmination of a long-standing family winemaking tradition. Nicolas Rossignol, representing the fifth generation of vintners, established his own estate in 1997 after enriching experiences in various vineyards, including those in Burgundy, Bordeaux, and South Africa. This diverse background has enhanced his expertise and refined his vision of viticulture and winemaking.

The estate spans approximately 30 hectares across several prestigious appellations of the Côte de Beaune, such as Volnay, Pommard, Beaune, and Savigny-lès-Beaune.
