Each parcel is carefully cultivated to express its unique character through precise, harmonious wines. Expanding beyond Burgundy, Thibault Liger-Belair also ventured into Beaujolais, working with vineyards in Moulin-à-Vent, applying the same rigorous standards as for his esteemed Pinot Noirs.
A Biodynamic Approach and Precision Winemaking
Certified organic since 2005, the estate employs biodynamic methods to preserve soil vitality and wine purity. The vineyards are plowed by horse, and treatments use only natural preparations. All grapes are hand-harvested, with meticulous sorting before vinification. In the cellar, fermentations occur with native yeasts, and oak barrel aging is carefully tailored to each parcel, allowing the full complexity of the terroirs to shine.
