Why choose this Côtes du Jura Savagnin over another white wine from the region?

Appearance: Pale yellow with golden highlights.
Nose: Intense aromas of walnut, fresh almond, combined with spicy and slightly oxidative notes typical of Savagnin.
Palate: Ample and smooth texture, balanced acidity with a saline minerality. The finish is long with flavors of dried fruits and a touch of toasted bread.

This Côtes du Jura Savagnin stands out for its aromatic complexity and beautiful minerality, characteristics of the Jura terroir, making it unique compared to other whites from the region.
