Description of Côteaux du Languedoc "Syrah Léone"

    Estate

Domaine Peyre Rose is a prominent estate in the Languedoc region, known for its commitment to producing quality red wines that express the unique character of their terroir.

    Vineyard

Located in the Languedoc area, the estate benefits from a Mediterranean climate with maritime and continental influences, providing ideal conditions for ripening Syrah and Grenache grapes.

    Wine

This 2002 Côteaux du Languedoc offers a deep and complex aromatic profile, typical of Syrah and Grenache blends. It presents good structure and elegance that reflect its terroir.

    Vintage

The 2002 vintage was marked by a warm, dry summer, favorable for grape concentration and aromatic expression, resulting in rich and powerful wines with good aging potential.

    Vinification & Aging

Traditional vinification was employed, including maceration to ensure a controlled extraction of tannins. Aging in vats or barrels helped refine the structure and reveal the wine's aromatic complexity.
