A Family Heritage Since 1920

Located in Cazaubon, Gers, Domaine Uby is a family estate that has upheld viticultural traditions since 1920. For three generations, the Morel family has passionately worked to produce wines that reflect the authenticity and richness of the Gascon terroir. François Morel, leading the estate for over a decade, continues to develop this human adventure rooted in sustainability.

Committed and Responsible Viticulture

Understanding the importance of environmental preservation, Domaine Uby has practiced sustainable viticulture for over ten years. The entire vineyard is certified under Controlled Sustainable Viticulture, ensuring practices that respect nature. Harvesting is done at night at full aromatic maturity to maintain grape quality and prevent oxidation.

Preservation of Local Biodiversity

The estate is also committed to protecting the European pond turtle, an endangered species residing in the Uby pond. An agri-environmental contract has been established to preserve its natural habitat, illustrating the estate's dedication to biodiversity.

Fresh and Delightful Wines, Emblems of the Gascon Terroir

Domaine Uby offers a wide range of IGP Côtes de Gascogne wines, renowned for their freshness and delightfulness. Signature cuvées, such as Uby N°3 (Colombard-Sauvignon) and Uby N°4 (Gros and Petit Manseng), captivate with their fruity aromas and liveliness. The estate also innovates with limited editions, like the Unique Collection Muscaris-Chardonnay, providing novel tasting experiences.

National and International Recognition

Through consistent quality and meticulous winemaking, Domaine Uby is now one of the most awarded vineyards in Côtes de Gascogne. Its wines, appreciated both in France and abroad, reflect the "made in Gers" art of living and the conviviality inherent to this South-Western region.
