A Family Legacy in the Heart of Champagne

For several generations, Maison Huré Frères has been established in Ludes, at the heart of the Montagne de Reims. Founded by the Huré family, the estate is now managed by Raoul Huré and his two sons, François and Pierre, who passionately and devotedly uphold the family heritage. Their commitment to sustainable viticulture and respect for the terroir is reflected in every bottle produced.

An Exceptional Terroir

The 10-hectare vineyard spans primarily across the slopes of the Montagne de Reims, benefiting from unique geological and climatic diversity. The region's emblematic grape varieties – Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier – are cultivated with care. The estate is transitioning towards organic viticulture, with certification expected in 2025. This approach includes the absence of herbicides, the use of organic composts, and precise vineyard management to preserve the soil’s natural balance.

Signature Cuvées Reflecting the Terroir

Among the estate’s flagship cuvées, the Invitation Brut Réserve stands out with its harmonious blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier, and 20% Chardonnay. This champagne offers aromas of ripe red fruits, brioche, and a persistent mineral finish. The Mémoire cuvée, on the other hand, is a profound expression of the terroir, crafted from a perpetual reserve, offering exceptional complexity and aromatic richness.

Vinification Merging Tradition and Modernity

Maison Huré Frères favors parcel-based vinification, allowing each terroir’s identity to be respected. Fermentations occur in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, with aging on fine lees to develop the wines’ complexity and texture. Dosages are low, classifying most cuvées as Extra Brut, in order to preserve purity and the authentic expression of the fruit.

Global Recognition

Thanks to their dedication to quality and authenticity, Huré Frères champagnes are recognized and appreciated by wine enthusiasts and critics worldwide. Their presence on the finest tables and in the cellars of connoisseurs is a testament to the excellence and craftsmanship of this family estate, which continues to innovate while honoring Champagne’s traditions.
