Some plots are even worked with a Boulonnais draft horse, a breed native to northern Picardy and now endangered, demonstrating the estate's dedication to traditional and sustainable methods.

Among them, the Blanc de Méandre, an Extra Brut made from Chardonnay, stands out for its freshness and purity. This 2018 Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs comes from old Chardonnay vines located in the villages of Avize, Cramant, and Oger. With a minimal dosage of 2 g/l, this cuvée highlights a pronounced minerality, a faithful reflection of its original terroir.
