A Centuries-Old Family Legacy

Since the 17th century, the Lamblot family has been cultivating vines in Janvry, a picturesque village in the Petite Montagne de Reims. Today, Alexandre Lamblot represents the 13th generation of winemakers, upholding a rich heritage of tradition while infusing a modern, environmentally conscious vision.

Commitment to Biodiversity and Biodynamics

A passionate advocate for sustainable viticulture, Alexandre practices agroforestry by planting around 100 different tree species per hectare to promote biodiversity. He also employs a mobile chicken coop, allowing chickens to naturally weed the vineyards and enrich the soil. These methods, combined with organic and biodynamic treatments, reflect his deep commitment to nature.

Wines Reflecting the Terroir

The estate's 3.5 hectares of vineyards are spread across the villages of Vrigny, Chenay, Janvry, and Gueux, predominantly planted with Meunier, complemented by Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Each plot is vinified separately, fermenting with indigenous yeasts in oak barrels ranging from 228 to 600 liters. The champagnes, unfiltered and unfined, are bottled without cold stabilization, with SO₂ levels kept to a minimum, allowing for a pure expression of the terroir.

Exceptional Cuvées

Among the estate's flagship creations, the "Mouvance" cuvée stands out with its harmonious blend of Meunier and Chardonnay, offering a rich and complex tasting experience. The "Dissonance" cuvée, resulting from a blend of 70% Meunier and 30% Chardonnay from old vines around Vrigny, reveals remarkable depth and elegance.
