A Family Heritage in the Heart of the Côte Chalonnaise

Founded in 1875 in Mercurey, at the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, Maison Antonin Rodet is the vision of Antoine Rodet. In 1887, despite the phylloxera crisis devastating Burgundy's vineyards, Antoine invested in vines, convinced of the potential of this historic region. His son, Antonin, continued this ambition by promoting Mercurey wines beyond Burgundy's borders, notably earning a silver medal at the 1900 Paris Universal Exhibition.

The Clos Antonin Rodet: An Emblematic Estate

Located in the center of Mercurey village, the Clos Antonin Rodet is a verdant and elegant property embodying the Southern Burgundy art of living. This imposing 17th-century building, adorned with a typical Burgundian glazed tile roof, stands as a testament to the house's history and prestige.

A Commitment to Quality and Elegance

Under the direction of Anne-Laure Hernette since 2013, vinification at Antonin Rodet is marked by meticulous attention at every stage, from vine to bottle. This approach ensures wines that combine finesse and elegance, faithfully reflecting the natural characteristics of each terroir. Signature cuvées include:
