Located in Givry, Burgundy, Domaine François Lumpp is a family-run vineyard founded in 1991 by François Lumpp and his wife, Isabelle. After inheriting the family property in the 1970s, François decided to establish his own estate, focusing exclusively on Givry's finest premier crus. This dedicated approach has earned the domaine a reputation for excellence in the region.
An exceptional terroir for distinctive wines
The estate spans approximately 9 hectares, with carefully selected plots primarily situated on the slopes of Givry. The vines, planted with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, benefit from rich clay-limestone soils and ideal exposure, contributing to the production of elegant and expressive wines. Each plot is cultivated with meticulous care to faithfully reflect the unique characteristics of its terroir.
Winemaking combining tradition and precision
