The Sylvain Pataille estate is known for its respectful approach to the vine and Burgundy terroirs, producing precise and elegant wines. Located in Burgundy, the estate has built a reputation through very carefully crafted cuvées with remarkable freshness.

This Bourgogne Aligoté comes from selected plots in Burgundy, known for their limestone soil and favorable exposure, particularly suited to the Aligoté grape which yields fresh and lively white wines.
