    • Palate: Fresh, supple and elegant with well-balanced acidity and delicate tannins providing structure without aggressiveness.

    Serving

    Serve between 13 and 15°C. A light decanting of 30 minutes is recommended for young vintages to open up the aromas.

    Pairs well with roasted free-range chicken with fine herbs, grilled river trout fillet, Dauphiné ravioli with butter, or a charcuterie platter featuring cured sausage and dry-cured ham.
