The vineyard spans 12 hectares on clay-limestone and moraine soils, perfectly suited to local grape varieties. Positioned between 300 and 500 meters in altitude, the vines benefit from ideal sun exposure and cooling mountain winds, ensuring slow and balanced grape ripening. This terroir imparts a striking mineral tension, characteristic of the finest alpine wines.

A Strong Commitment to Biodynamic Viticulture

Dedicated to preserving the land, the estate strictly follows biodynamic principles. No chemical inputs are used, the soils are gently cultivated, and treatments rely on natural preparations. This approach allows native Savoie varieties, such as Mondeuse, Roussette, and Jacquère, to express their true character and aromatic purity.
