An Exceptional Terroir in the Heart of the Côte des Blancs
The grapes used for Fleur de Miraval’s champagnes come exclusively from the Grand Cru vineyards of the Côte des Blancs. The Chardonnay, sourced from prestigious villages like Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize, Oger, and Cramant, provides finesse and minerality. This grape is blended with Pinot Noir from Vertus, macerated to enhance aromatic intensity and silky texture.
Precise Vinification for Optimal Quality
Each Fleur de Miraval cuvée undergoes extended aging on lees for three years in Champagne’s deep cellars. This process enhances the wine’s complexity and refines its texture. With a precise dosage of 4.5 g/L, the champagnes achieve the perfect balance between freshness and depth.
