Estate

Le Pas de l'Escalette is a family-run estate located at the edge of the Terrasses du Larzac. Driven by precision and commitment to terroir, the domaine focuses on expressing high-altitude vineyards. The limestone soils and cool climate produce balanced and refined wines. The estate is organically farmed, with a deep respect for biodiversity. Manual harvesting ensures optimal grape quality.

Vineyard

The vineyards lie in northern Languedoc on stony slopes between 350 and 400 meters. The soil is rich in limestone scree, contributing to minerality and freshness. A northwest exposure allows for slow and balanced ripening. Yields are kept low to enhance aromatic concentration. The vineyard has been managed organically for several years.

Wine

This white Languedoc wine offers freshness and purity typical of Pas de l'Escalette. It showcases local grape varieties and a distinctive terroir.
