Ornabrak is made using only organic malted barley, fermented and distilled on-site in a traditional copper pot still. The spirit undergoes five distillations to achieve perfect balance between purity, mouthfeel, and intensity. No artificial flavors or additives are used, ensuring exceptional aromatic clarity.
A precise selection of botanicals
The gin is infused with five carefully chosen botanicals: juniper, angelica, lemon verbena, Douglas fir, and lemon peel. These are macerated slowly to extract the most delicate aromas. Juniper leads with elegance, supported by subtle earthy, herbal, and citrus notes that unfold with precision.
