Serving

Serve between 16 and 18°C. A slight decanting for about an hour is recommended to fully reveal its aromatic expression.

Food Pairings

Ideal with dry-aged ribeye steak, herb-crusted rack of lamb, Époisses or aged Brillat-Savarin cheeses. It also pairs well with a fine charcuterie platter or duck breast with blueberries.
