    Serving

    Serve at 15-16°C. Decanting for about one hour is recommended for young vintages to fully unleash the aromas.

    Food Pairings

    Pairs excellently with a matured rib steak, herb-crusted rack of lamb, or duck breast with red fruits. For cheeses, try creamy Brillat-Savarin or 24-month-aged Comté.

    Occasions

    Can be enjoyed now but will develop greater complexity over 10-15 years. Peak drinking window expected between 2028 and 2038.
