Sequoia gin is made with organic wheat alcohol from France and a carefully selected blend of local botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica, lemon zest, cardamom, lemon balm, lemon thyme, fir, and orris root. The ingredients are gently macerated and then slowly distilled in copper stills to capture their aromatic finesse.
