Anaë – An organic gin with French soul
Anaë is a 100% French gin, distilled in the Charente from organic grape-based alcohol, a rare and elegant base that brings smoothness and depth. The recipe includes eight botanicals, many sourced from French terroirs—like wild maceron from Île de Ré, Roman chamomile, juniper, coriander, lemon verbena, and fennel. Each botanical is infused separately to preserve its aromatic profile, then gently distilled in a copper still using a slow, low-temperature method.
