Initially established in Burgundy, Jane Eyre now crafts wines in various French regions, including the Jura. Her philosophy focuses on elegance, terroir expression, and minimal intervention. Each cuvée reflects her attention to detail and limited production. This wine illustrates her exploration of lesser-known appellations with a fresh perspective.

    Vineyard

    The Jura vineyards, in eastern France, combine marl-rich soils and a continental climate with alpine influences. This terroir is particularly suitable for Chardonnay, offering slow maturation and aromatic complexity. The selected plots are cultivated with environmentally conscious practices. Altitude and soil diversity contribute to the wine’s finesse. Yields are kept low to ensure concentration and quality.
