    Description of Côte Rôtie "Bourasseau"

    Estate

The Domaine Yves Cuilleron is a renowned estate in the Northern Rhône Valley, where tradition and expertise combine to produce exceptional wines. The estate is known for its commitment to sustainable viticulture and precise winemaking.

    Vineyard

Located in Côte Rôtie, at the heart of the Northern Rhône vineyard, the domaine benefits from a unique granite terroir with a south-east exposure. This soil imparts fine minerality and elegant structure to the wines.

    Wine

This 2020 Côte Rôtie, made entirely from Syrah, is characterized by a subtle balance between power and finesse. It perfectly expresses the terroir with notes of black fruits, spices, and a refreshing finish.

    Vintage

The 2020 vintage was marked by optimal grape maturity despite contrasting climatic conditions, resulting in a concentrated and harmonious wine worthy of the appellation.

    Vinification and Aging

Winemaking is conducted with rigor, including long maceration to extract depth. Aging in oak barrels adds aromatic complexity and tannic structure while preserving the fruitiness.
