    Domaine Tissot is a benchmark estate in the Jura region. Led by Stéphane Tissot, it is renowned for its commitment to biodynamic farming and terroir expression. The estate covers over 35 hectares across various Jura appellations.

    Vineyard

    The vineyard lies on the clay-limestone slopes of Arbois, benefiting from a continental climate ideal for Trousseau. Biodynamic principles guide viticulture, enhancing biodiversity and soil vitality.

    Wine

    This red Arbois wine showcases the Trousseau grape in its purest form. It reflects the finesse and uniqueness of Jura terroirs. Awarded 95 points by La Revue du Vin de France, it stands out for its elegance and precision.

    Vintage

    The 2021 vintage experienced challenging weather, including spring frosts and a cool summer, resulting in wines with freshness and vibrant acidity.

    Vinification & Aging
