    Clos de l'Ours is a family-run estate located in the heart of Provence, in the village of Cotignac. The vineyard is certified organic and reflects a deep respect for nature and its terroir. It covers around ten hectares surrounded by forest and wild Mediterranean flora. The estate is managed by a passionate team aiming to produce balanced and authentic wines. The modern cellar allows for precise, low-intervention winemaking.

    Vineyard

    The vineyard lies on clay-limestone soils at a favorable altitude, offering significant day-night temperature variations. This microclimate ensures slow, even ripening, promoting freshness and aromatic concentration. The vines average 30 years old and are cultivated manually. The grape varieties are divided into small parcels for better selection. Organic farming enhances the natural balance of the vines.

    This 2021 Côtes de Provence red from Clos de l'Ours is fruit-forward, elegantly structured, and showcases a modern Provencal style.
