What should you know before choosing this version instead of "J'en Veux Encore !!!" 2024?

This is a non-vintage wine, while the other bears the 2024 vintage. The absence of a year does not make it possible to determine its age or ideal drinking window; no tasting notes have been provided to compare their profiles either.

To discover Poulsard, should you choose this cuvée or "La Croix des Batailles" 2024?

"J'en Veux Encore !!!" is the right choice if your goal is to discover Poulsard: it is the grape variety listed for this cuvée. "La Croix des Batailles" 2024 is described as a Pinot Noir, so the comparison would be between two different grape varieties, with no tasting notes available to clarify their differences in taste.

Why is this cuvée listed among Jura wines without carrying the Côtes du Jura appellation?

The catalogue's regional classification and the appellation are two distinct pieces of information: this cuvée is listed under Jura, from Ganevat A & JF, but carries the Vin de France appellation. It should therefore not be chosen with the expectation of buying a Côtes du Jura; the information provided does not explain this appellation choice.

Which wines from the same estate might you consider to explore a red and a white?

You can compare this Poulsard red with the Côtes du Jura Chardonnay "La Gravière" 2020 or the Côtes du Jura Savagnin "Montferrand" 2020, also featured in the Ganevat selection. This selection lets you explore several grape varieties, but the available information does not make it possible to suggest a specific serving order.
