Why choose the Condrieu 'Bourasseau' over another white wine from the Rhône Valley?

Appearance: Pale yellow with golden highlights.
Nose: Delicate notes of apricot, white flowers, and peach, with hints of honey and almond.

The 2020 vintage, with its balanced climatic conditions, allowed for grapes to reach ideal ripeness, thus offering beautiful freshness and concentration, making it superior to other vintages.

Can the Condrieu 'Bourasseau' pair with specific dishes or is it more versatile?

While it pairs perfectly with dishes like veal chop with morels, its balance also makes it a wine that can be enjoyed on its own or with other foods, offering a certain versatility.
