Estate

Domaine de Bellivière is a family-run estate located on the right bank of the Loire River in the Sarthe region. Founded in 1995 by Éric and Christine Nicolas, the winery is certified organic and biodynamic. The estate has built a solid reputation for its precise work with Chenin Blanc. The wines are known for their purity, minerality, and age-worthiness. Domaine de Bellivière is now regarded as a benchmark producer in the Jasnières appellation.

Vineyard

The vineyards lie on clay-limestone and flint soils typical of the Jasnières region, with southeastern exposure. The terroir supports slow ripening and aromatic complexity. Viticulture is manual and biodynamic, preserving the soil’s natural balance. All plots are planted exclusively with Chenin Blanc.
